Vole Tshr sequences

This archive contains the data underlying the analyses presented in van Rosmalen et al, unpublished.

The Tshr DNA sequences stored as .fasta and .ab1 files for 278 common vole (Microtus arvalis) specimens from 15 localities in Western Europe, and 28 localities in Eastern Europe will be made available upon publication.

This work was funded by the Ecology fund of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW Fonds Ecologie). Sample collection was financed by the National Science Centre in Poland (UMO-2013/09/N/NZ8/03205 to JS and N N304 058340 to JMW).
