In such a way, it should be run as is when using the script "genecounter.py" to count the number of genes, while it is the second (mandatory) input file for the counting of true positives (TP), false positives (FP) and false negatives (FN) via "coordinateschecker.py". In any case, it could also be used for other evaluation purposes.
