Infection prevalence and egg burden (egg intensity) for all participants in the longitudinal cohort study at baseline in 2016, and re-infection in 2017 and 2018 following treatment. Egg intensity is the geometric mean egg count for all positive infections (>1 egg/10ml urine or >1 egg/g feces), and % heavy infections is the percent of all participants that are considered to harbor high intensity infections (>50 eggs/ml urine for S. haematobium and >200 eggs/g feces for S. mansoni).
