The dataset contains carbon and nitrogen of 120 Antarctic sea urchins belonging to 10 taxa (Abatus cavernosus, Amphipneustes rostratus, Amphipneustes similis, Aporocidaris eltaniana, Brachyternaster chesheri, Ctenocidaris gigantea, Notocidaris gaussiensis, Notocidaris mortenseni, Sterechinus antarcticus and Sterechinus neumayeri
