Datasets, R package software and script allowing to reproduce the simulation scheme proposed in the article.
The file EUNAM_Dent_parents_subset_genotypes.txt contains a selection of parent genotype data from maize the EU-NAM Dent population (Bauer et al., 2013) obtained at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE50558.
The file EUNAM_Dent_parents_markers_subset_genetic_map.txt contains the genetic map information (marker name, chromosome, position in cM) of the marker calculated by Giraud et al. (2014) subset obtained at: http://maizegdb.org/data_center/reference?id=9024747
The file mppSim_0.1.0.zip is the R package used for the simulation.
The file add_file_4_simulation_reproduction.R is the R script enabling the reproduction of the simulation.
