2. Date: Date of collection in YYYYMMDD format
3. Station: Station where the data is collected
4. Latitude: Latitude of the station
5. Longitude: Longitude of the station
6. Temperature: Temperature in °C
7. Salinity: Salinity in PSU
8. Chla: Chlorophyll a concentration in  µg L-1 
9. NOX: Nitrate (and nitrite) concentration in  µM
10. Total Plankton: Total phytoplankton counts in cells per mL 
11. Picoplankton counts: Total picoplankton counts in cells per mL
12. Bacteria counts: Total Bacteria counts in bacteria per mL
13. HNF counts: Total heterotrophic nanoflagelates counts in inviduals per mL

Dataset on zooplankton community collected by WP2 net using vertical net tows in two stations in Nuup Kangerlua (GF10) and Ameralik (AM10)

1. Station: Station name (AM10 or GF10)
2. Date: Sampling date in YYYYMMDD format
3. Depth: Depth of the net tow in meter (m) 
4. Net: Number of net as duplicate or triplicate nets are collected
5. Latitude: Latitude in °
6. Longitude: Longitude in °
7. Species: Zooplankton species as identified by Arctic Agency
8. Stage: Zooplankton stage as identified by Arctic Agency
9. Total: Total amounts of species identified in sample
10. L1: Length of individual measured in µm
11. L2: Length of individual measured in µm
12. L3: Length of individual measured in µm
13. L4: Length of individual measured in µm
14. L5: Length of individual measured in µm
15. L6: Length of individual measured in µm
