This study aims to analyze the collaboration between servant leadership and Adversity Quotient (AQ) in improving employee performance and commitment to the organization at the Bogor Regency Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), with work motivation as an intervening variable. This study uses a sequential explanatory method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that the collaboration between servant leadership and AQ has a significant effect on employee performance, commitment to the organization, and work motivation. Work motivation is proven to act as a mediator that strengthens the influence of servant leadership and AQ on employee performance and commitment. In conclusion, strengthening the collaboration between servant leadership, AQ, and work motivation can be an effective strategy to improve employee performance and commitment at BUMD.
