Files starting with "rfm": raw 2-photon imaging files of mouse V1 L2/3 neurons labeled with viral injection of Syn>GCaMP6s. 256x256 Images include 4-color channels (blue, green, yellow, red) acquired at 3.41 Hz, with channel 2 collecting the majority of GCaMP emission. During each of the 3 imaging sessions (performed on different mice), a visual stimulation protocol was performed using randomized blocks (full details on the stimuli presented as well as the order and timing of presentation are located at https://github.com/sn-lab/MouseGoggles/tree/main/Published Data

loom_videos.zip:
All recorded video clips of head-fixed mice reacting to looming visual stimuli (1-meter dark object, approaching at 25 m/s starting from 20 m away) while simulating walking on a spherical treadmill. 3 sets of videos are included: an old dataset of 2 mice using the MouseGoggles headset, a newer dataset of 6 mice using the headset, and another newer dataset of the same 6 new mice using a projector-based VR system running a nearly-identical looming experiment.

VR_ephy_8sessions.zip: folders and files associated with 8 recorded sessions of hippocampal electrophysiology during simulated walking in a continuous loop linear track experiment using MouseGoggles. Details of the contents of each folder as well as the data processing pipeline are located at https://github.com/sn-lab/MouseGoggles/tree/main/Published Data

Eye Tracking Videos.zip:
All raw and processed videos of eye tracking during looming stimuli presentation to head-fixed mice running on a treadmill. 5 subfolders each contain videos for 1 of 5 mice used in these experiments. Within each mouse folder, 4 subfolders contain unique video files: The "raw data" folder contains 2 videos for the raw right and left eye recordings. The "processed videos" folder contains 2 videos each for the 2 raw videos; the video with "bluemean" in the title contains just the blue color channel of the associated raw video, while the video with "redroi" in the title contains only the red color channel and cropped around the eye ROI. The "game video" folder contains the gameplay video of the experiment, showing what the VR headset presented to the mouse during the experiment. Finally, the "dlc" folder contains the deeplabcut-processed versions of the redroi eye tracking videos, with tracking points labeling the pupil and eyelids. Details of the data associated with these videos well as the data processing pipeline are located at https://github.com/sn-lab/MouseGoggles/tree/main/Published Data
