  • Dataset containing original data of Dungeness crab antennule flicking rates and locomotory activity in response to chemical cues following simulated ocean acidification exposures (Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure S3).
  • Dataset containing original data of Dungeness crab antennular nerve responses, measured using electrophysiology, in response to chemical cues following simulated ocean acidification exposures (Figure 3).
  • Dataset containing original data of Dungeness crab olfactory sensory neuron (OSN) morphology and ionotropic receptor (IR25a) expression in OSNs, measured using immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, following simulated ocean acidification exposures (Figure 4e & 4d, Figure S6).
  • Dataset containing original data of mRNA expression of ATPase enzymes (Na+/K+ ATPase, V-type H+-ATPase) and an ammonia transporter (Rh protein RhMm) in the antennules of Dungeness crab following simulated ocean acidification exposures (Figure 5c).
  • Dataset containing water chemistry parameters across four separate exposures of tanks housing Dungeness crabs with either control seawater or simulated ocean acidification (high CO2) conditions.
