This dataset corresponds to the paper "Collapse of complexity of brain and body activity due to excessive inhibition and MeCP2 disruption". published in PNAS
Rat, recording date, drug condition, drug dose, and tracking data status are summarized in "Data summary.xlsx". The dataset is separated into three zip folders. "WT Global and Local" contains all the recordings of wild type rats with either local of global injection. "RTT Global Rat 2 3" contains recordings of two RTT rats with global injection. Recordings of the other two RTT rats are saved in "RTT Global Rat 4 6".
Each recording has two files: "spike.mat" and "position.mat". "spike.mat" contains two variables: spikeClusters is the cluster ID and spikeTimes is the time (in second) of spikes during the 30 minutes recording. "position.mat" contains a *24 matrix (in meter with time 10 ms resolution). Columns 1-24 represent y, z, x of beads 1-6 form neck to tail along the back of the rat's body; Columns 19-21 represent y, z, x of the bead at left rare hip; Columns 22-24 represent y, z, x of the bead at right rare hip.
