RNAseq miR-184 KO epidermis VS WT
RNA sequencing (RNAseq) of miR-184-null epidermis revealed the molecular network that is regulated by miR-184. Interestingly, oncogenic pathways such as epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and Wnt signaling pathway were also downregulated by miR-184, suggesting that miR-184 is involved in tumor suppression.
