Complete genome of Campylobacter jejuni isolated from blood specimen was obtained from hybrid assembly using Ion Torrent and MinION reads. The genome was annotated using RAST server. The annotated file was uploaded. The study was approved by the institutional review board of Christian Medical College, Vellore, India
