Phenotype data for the for 970 trees sampled in the study (numbered from 1 to 1,000). From left to right columns are: tree number (corresponding to the tree number in the SNP and DArT-seq marker files), mum: maternal parent; dad: paternal parent; fam: full-sib family number; BLOCK: experimental block; PLOT: experimental plot; Diameter at breast height in cm. (DBH); Height in m. (H), Volume in m3 (VOL), Mean annual increment in m3.ha-1.year-1 (MAI), Cellulose % (CEL), Hemicellulose % (HC), Syringyl/Guayacyl ratio (SG), Insoluble lignin % (IL), Soluble lignin % (SL), Total lignin % (TL), Wood density kg.m-3 (WD), Micro fibril angle in degrees (MFA), Fiber length in mm. (FL), Fiber width in mm (FW), Coarseness in mg.100m-1. (COA).
