This is a reference single-cell map of mouse tumor-infiltrating T cells for reference-based scRNA-seq analysis using ProjecTILs (https://github.com/carmonalab/ProjecTILs). It consists of 16,803 single-cell transcriptomes from 25 samples (B16 melanoma and MC38 colon adenocarcinoma tumors) from six different studies, and can be explored interactively at: https://spica.unil.ch/refs/TIL
