PlasmidTron: assembling the cause of phenotypes from NGS data

PlasmidTron utilises the phenotypic data normally available in bacterial population studies, such as antibiograms, virulence factors, or geographic information, to identify sequences that are likely to represent MGEs linked to the phenotype.
