Passiflora genomic datasets

The genomic data was split into two groups, one dataset containing all the samples of P. foetida plus P. ambigua as an outgroup (hereafter known as the ‘foetida dataset’) and another containing all the other Passifloraceae species and a few representative P. foetida samples (hereafter known as the ‘Passifloraceae dataset’), with Adenia acuta as an outgroup.
