Peptides from the PpyrOGS1.1, AlatOGS1.0, and IlumiOGS1.2 genebuilds, the D. melanogaster (NCBI GCF_000001215.4) and T. castaneum (NCBI GCF_000002335.3) reference protein gene sets were clustered into orthogroups using the Orthofinder (v2.1.6) pipeline.
