Ophiocordyceps spp. Coleoptera in Thailand

Polycephalomyces formosus (CGMCC5.2204 and CGMCC5.2203) in Polycephalomycetaceae Y.P. Xiao, Y.B. Wang, T.C. Wen, H. Yu & K.D. Hyde (Xiao et al. 2023) were used as outgroups. The combined dataset comprised 116 taxa, with multi-coli sequences totaling an alignment length of 3589 characters (bps), including gaps (LSU: 972 bps, TEF1: 979 bps, RPB1: 753 bps and RPB2: 885 bps).
