This dataset has information on approximately 3000 de-identified individuals.
Information includes: mitochondrial haplogroup as determined by genotyping and Haplogrep, demographic and clinical information such as diabetic retinopathy grading.
Data is expressed in numbers. Unless otherwise specified in the headings, “-9” means unknown, “1” means no and “2” means yes.
