ApRES melt rate time series from the Totten Ice Shelf, sites TI01, TI02, TI04, TI05 and updated bathymetry as published in Vaňková et al. Please cite the following paper if using this data:

Vaňková  I., J. Paul Winberry, S. Cook, K. W. Nicholls, C. A. Greene, B. K. Galton-Fenzi (2023). High and highly variable basal melting observed at Totten Ice Shelf, East Antarctica. Geophysical Research Letters. https://doi. org/10.1029/2023GL102960.

The raw ApRES data are archived at the Australian Antarctic Data Centre:

https://data.aad.gov.au/metadata/AAS_4436_Totten_Glacier_ApRES

Galton-Fenzi, B. K., S. Cook (2023b), Autonomous phase sensitive radar (ApRES)
on Totten Glacier 2016-2019, Ver. 2, Australian Antarctic Data Centre, doi:10.26179/bgnv-4h81.

Both bathymetry files have a x (PS71), y(PS71), and bed variable.

"totten_bathymetry.nc" is 2km resolution and output of the inversion.

"totten_bathymetry_bm.nc" is the 2km inversion results interpolated onto the bedmachine grid.

The bathymetry inversion code is provided, in the GravInversion.zip compressed file.

ApRES processing code is also included, specifically the first releas from the following repository:
