LanA Dataset

This repository hosts the dataset associated with the Nature Scientific Data Language Atlas Data Descriptor. Four packages are made available for download.

1. SPM Atlas: NIfTI of language atlas in MNI volume space.

2. FS Atlas: NIfTI of language atlas in FreeSurfer surface space.

3. SPM Subjects: Individual participant maps in MNI volume space.

4. FS Subjects: Individual participant maps in FreeSurfer surface space.

Subject packages provide NIfTI images of raw contrasts and t-maps, a PNG image of each hemisphere's activation topography, and a TXT file containing participant demographics, as well as first-level model parameters and summary statistics.
