Just oaks, a phylogenetic data collection

A collection of phylogenetic data on oaks and accompanying graphics.

The 7z-archives include NEXUS-formatted phylogenetic matrices (subfolder "analysis"; see ReadMe.txt for labelling conventions) and tabulated data (xlsx spreadsheet files)

CerrisEAsia.7z—chloroplast sequence data on East Asian members of sect. Cerris (subg. Cerris). The figures show a bird's eye view of the entire trnH-psbA alignment and the full Median network (fMNet) based on these data. For more information, see this Res.I.P. post
