This is a GENEPOP file that contains genotypes for English Sole Parophrys vetulus (family Pleuronectidae) at 15 microsatellite loci using a diploid, 1 column format where a 129131 is a 129/131 heterozygote individual, etc. Each line contains the 15 genotypes for a fish. The fish are grouped by collections called POP and the first data line for a POP has an abbreviation for the location as described in Winans et al in prep to be submitted to Northwest Science by the same title. Collections range from 52.7257 N, 130.68387 W to 44.4348 N, 124.07113 W. Loci and PCR conditions are described in Winans et al. 2014, Conservation Genetics Resources 6:417-419.
