ILUMI_OGS1.2 kallisto RNA-Seq expression quantification (TPM)

Ignelater luminosus RNA-Seq reads were pseudoaligned to the ILUMI_OGS1.2 geneset CDS sequences using Kallisto (v0.44.0)(37) with 100 bootstraps (-b 100), producing transcripts-per-million reads (TPM).
