Haliangium ochraceum Encapsulin:Encapsulated Ferritin size-exclusion chromatography
Recombinant Haliangium ochraceum encapsulin and encapsulin:encapsulated ferritin complexes were purified by anion exchange and subjected to size-exclusion chromatography.
Pooled and concentrated samples from the anion exchange step were loaded on a size exclusion chromatography column (Sephacryl 400, Cytiva) equilibrated with SEC buffer (20 mM HEPES, pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl).
