Numbers refer to sessions as follows:
0 = baseline, 1 = February, 2 = March, 3 = April, 4 = May, 5 = June, 6 = July, 7 = August, 8 = September, 9 = October.Data were recorded for 10 min in supine position in the morning.
hr, heart rate; log, Logarithm; HF, High Frequency power; LF, Low Frequency power; LF/HF, LF to HF ratio; HFnu, High Frequency power in normalised units; LFnu, Low Frequency power in normalised units.
Sex is dummy coded: men = 0; Women = 1
