This dataset is the result of an empirical researcthat investigated the components that influence the adoption and actual use of GenAI tools among B-school students in Hyderabad, an Indian city. The study also attempted to unravel the SOR, UTAUT3 and TTF models by integrating the three models to make them usable in higher educational institutes in general and B-school students in particular.
