This method article provides step-by-step guidance, using Johnson and Onwuegbuzie's (2004) eight-step process to conduct a sequential Quan→QUAL study using publicly accessible data collected on General Motors (GM) from the social networking site Glassdoor. This study aims to demonstrate MMR by integrating quantitative analysis with qualitative inquiry; we endeavor to unearth the intrinsic motivators, challenges, and aspirations that underpin the experiences of the GM workforce.
