Filter throughput and CCD QE for Liverpool Telescope IO:O instrument

Input data used in creation of the LT and IO:O spectral throughput model published in 'Liverpool Telescope Technical Note 1: Telescope and IO:O Throughput". Original data from various sources as described in the associated paper have been interpolated and resampled onto a common wavelength range.
