Dataset - Quality of inpatient pediatric case management at six government-run Ugandan hospitals

Data collected from a standardized, individual-level medical record form (MRF) used at six government-run Ugandan hospitals.  The MRF captures clinical signs and symptoms, diagnostic testing, diagnoses rendered, and treatments given for each inpatient pediatric admission
