1) ADK_tree.phy: The ADK gene tree reconstructed for this study.
2) calibrated_species_tree.phy: The relative time-calibrated phylogeny reconstructed for this study.
3) ddG_vs_Temp_interspecific.csv: Weighted median ΔΔG estimates and temperature values for each of the 70 prokaryotic ADKs.
4) ddG_vs_Temp_intraspecific.csv: Median ΔΔG estimates and temperature values for the 6 selected prokaryotic ADKs.
