This dataset contains traits of Sphagnum mosses collected in five peatlands along a latitudinal gradient from northern Sweden to southern France to represent a wide range of edaphic and climate conditions in July 2018. We advise to check the Materials and methods section and Supplementary materials (Fig S1, S2, S3) of the paper for more details.
