UPDATE: MPM_Cglom_v2.3 has been made available on GenBank and re-annotated by RefSeq (available here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/?term=txid32391[orgn] ). Files in this folder should be used sparingly and generally only to reproduce analyses from Pinto et al. 2021.
Version of the genome finally accepted by NCBI almost exactly the same as v2.0 with some trimmed adapters, etc:
