Cobas_Dataset.csv

The dataset is composed by two columns. On the first column lies the age of a patient infected with SARS-CoV-2. On the second column lies the correspondent value of SARS-CoV-2 viral load as measured in log_10 units of the number of viral RNA copies per mL of sample or entire swab specimen making use of the Roche cobas 6800/8800 PCR system. This dataset has been extracted from Fig.6 in Jones et al. (see references) by means of a plot digitizer algorithm.
