Cleaned ChEMBL Data on Major Cytochrome Inhibitors

The following datasets include data on major cytochrome inhibitors and their physiochemical properties and half-maximum inhibitory concentration. Duplicates and data points flagged as potentially unreliable were removed from the dataset.
