Raw data containing measurements and analysis results of the experiment on the changes in building materials properties (brick and plaster) and metabolomic profile after the growth of green algal biofilm.
The dataset include files:
Chlorophyll a - the absorbance at 650 and 665 nm for calculation of the chlorophyll-a concentration on brick and plaster after algal inoculation and 14 and 28 days;
Cells density - measurements of the number of algal cells on brick and plaster after algal inoculation and 14 and 28 days;
Colour - the components for colour change evaluation using CIEL*a*b spectrophotometer on brick and plaster after algal inoculation and 14 and 28 days;
pH - pH measurements of unfiltered and filtered samples of brick and plaster after 28 days of biofilm incubation;
Water absorptivity - the mass of wet and dry samples of brick and plaster with the percentage of absorptivity after 28 days of biofilm incubation;
Metabolomic data - set of metabolites from 4 groups detected on brick and plaster samples after algal growth with their basic statistics, pathway analysis based on the KEGG database, and compound class.
