Assessment of CPGs for osteoporosis (1992-2016).
1) icc.rmd: R files using irr package to calculate Icc and weighted kappa for the AGREE II scores between 2 raters (ordinal AGREE II scale).
2) OBJ1 both appriasers: Has all the raw AGREE II Scores for 33 CPGs for both raters
3) AGREE II mean scores: Has the mean score for each domain of the AGREE II 6 domains, for 33 CPGs.
