Assembled and polished minION long-reads from human oral cavity samples processed using three HMW DNA extraction methods (M4, M5, and M6, each with two replicates) described in the following study:

https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.03.03.433801

The data pack also includes anvi'o contigs databases generated from the FASTA files of assembled long reads which includes gene calls, HMM hits for single-copy core genes, and gene functions. Visit this page to learn what you can do with a contigs database:

https://merenlab.org/m/contigs-db

PS: we also have a set of contigs databases for unassembled long-reads and assembled short-read sequences from samples collected from the same individual in a different data pack. For their DOIs, please see the Data Availability section in our study.
