Additional file 7. Differentially expressed genes for each cell type across cryopreservation conditions. Differential gene expression was performed using the MAST method within Seurat v3 with the RNA assay and default parameters. Differential gene expression was performed using integrated cluster data. Data from all conditions from each matched tumour dataset were down sampled to the same number of mapped sequencing reads using CellRanger. The number of cells in each condition was randomly down sampled to match the condition with the lowest number of cells.
