Absorbance of 3D printed microfluidic biosensor at 590nm
The absorbance of a 3D printed micro fluidic device at 590nm with varying concentrations of glucose and it's reaction to produce blue quinoneimine dye. The spectra were recorded with an s2000 Ocean Optics spectrophotometer and a tungsten light source.
