This data release contains the in vivo neural recordings (using two-photon calcium imaging) and post-hoc transcriptomic information for >1000 inhibitory cells in mouse primary visual cortex. This data consists in 4 animals and 17 recording sessions, during spontaneous activity and presentation of visual stimuli (drifting gratings, natural images).


DatasetTypes.xlsx provides useful information about the dataset.


2022-10-31: The XY position given by neuron.stackPos was wrong, neuron.stackPosCorrected now gives the correct alignment between sessions.
