3um polystyrene bead
- 300 ground truths
- 100 diffraction intensities for each distance (7, 9, 11, 13, 15, and 17mm)
red blood cell
- 600 ground truths
- 600 diffraction intensities for unknwon distance
histological slide
- 20 ground truths for each tissue type(1-20: duodenum, 21-40: stomach, body, 41-60: stomach, antrum)
- 20 diffraction intensities for each tissue type(1-20: small bowel, 21-40: appendix, 41-60: rectum, 61-80: colon)
The whole datasets are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
