37-color full spectrum flow panel for immunophenotyping of murine cancer models

This 37-color full spectrum flow cytometry panel is designed for in-depth phenotyping of major immune cell populations, their subpopulations and level of activation and exhaustion, from a single and spars sample of either murine tumors or lymphoid tissue. Data is acquired using SONY ID7000 5-laser Spectral analyzer. Autofluorescence (AF) extraction and unmixing has been conducted using the ID7000 Acquisition and Analysis Software version 2.0.2 utilizing the Weighted Least Squares Method (WLSM) algorithm for spectral unmixing.
