2019 Untreated JDM RNA-Seq: gene counts

This is a dataset related to an RNA-Seq experiment examining 1) the transcriptome alterations in untreated and inactive juvenile dermatomyositis, and 2) a separate cohort of inactive JDM patients that later developed psoriasis.

This file contains the gene counts from the RNA-Seq analysis using GRCh38 human genome, STAR aligner, and featureCounts counting.
