In Russian, obscene vocabulary requires qualified special knowledge for assessment. These studies are not limited solely to the framework of the Russian criminal process. A worthy place for such relevant special knowledge today is provided by the civil and administrative process. Of interest are the issues of using special knowledge in Russian philology in the procedure for considering disputes in the field of journalism in public organizations.
