Human capital for Tourism industry : Evidence from Algeria

Nowadays, the human capital is the essence of the growth of the economies because it is the engine of every industry and firm. Product or service, the human is the most important ring in the process of production. Tourism appears in the latest decades as the most important factor for the economic growth due to its green benefits. Algeria due to its treasure of touristic places must give the great intention to this sector especially after the fall of hydrocarbon prices. Therefore, investing in the human capital through the training in Algeria for the tourism sector will be the appropriate solution for Algeria to survive due to sustainability of tourism sector.
