Abdelhammid Bourouaha is a passionate researcher and Associate Professor at Bejaia University since 2015, Algeria. He completed his Ph.D. in the field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tlemcen, Algeria in 2019. He has different co-authored papers published in different national and international reviews. Also, he has participated in different national and international workshops. His research interest lies in the areas of Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Training, education, and Employment; Research and Development; Economic Growth and Sustainability; Human capital, and tourism. He is always looking to build good foundations for the next generation of academics and workforce pioneers. With colleagues, Bourouaha is always inspiring professors by proposing advanced teaching skills in the way to improving teaching and modernizing courses. He serves/has served as a reviewer and guest editor of some indexed journals such as the European Journal of Management Issues.
