Eco-Friendly IT Practices’ Adoption: A Systematic Literature Review

The paper employs a systematic literature review spanning 2000-2023 to explore the adoption of eco-friendly IT practices. Findings reveal key factors influencing adoption in agile organizations, including organizational culture, management support, perceived costs, technological readiness, and resource constraints. While contributing valuable insights for academics and guiding organizations in adopting agile IT practices, the study acknowledges challenges such as restricted database access and the complexity of synthesizing diverse findings.
