Waveform classification software from Snyder et al (2016) in the Journal of Neurophysiology

This is waveform classification software (written in Matlab) that implements a Gaussian mixture model to classify neuronal action potential waveforms based on shape. The code was prepared by Sean Bittner (seanrbittner@gmail.com) and Adam Snyder, based on the methodology developed for the following article.
