tcga.breast a R package composed of eset (RNAseq) - TCGA breast cancer with clinical scores computed.

This package contains RNAseq RSEM V2 of TCGA Breast transcriptome cohort. These data are organized as an expressionSet. Some clinical score were annotated in phenotype data:

- oncotype.Dx

- pam50 subtypes

- scmod2 subtypes

- claudin-low prediction

- gene70 prediction

- ggi prediction

Expression of RSEM quantification were "voom".
